Etobicoke's older streets carry serious canopy, and that changes the job. Properties through The Kingsway, Sunnylea, Humber Valley Village, Islington Village, Thorncrest Village and Markland Wood generate leaf volume that rarely fits into a single visit — we usually run two passes, one to clear the bulk so the turf keeps breathing and a second for the late oak drop before the ground freezes.
Down through Mimico, New Toronto, Alderwood and Long Branch the lots run narrower with shared driveways and tighter access — a different kind of work, but no less careful.
